Sanctuary was created by flutist Sherry Finzer, with the intent of composing a series of albums to be used for relaxtion, mediation, and healing. Sherry takes her knowledge as a classically trained flutist, and delves into other genres,including New Age, for this first album in the series using ethnic influences with a variety of flutes, including the concert C flute, alto flute, and Native American flute
