During the COVID-19 pandemic, Sherry Finzer began live-streaming on the Insight Timer meditation app with over 18 million users. People began to reach out to her, letting her know how much her music was helping them with issues such as pain and stress relief, tinnitus, insomnia and much more. Connections is the third solo flute release in the "Naked Flute" series and is a culmination of 17 soothing and peaceful flute meditations recorded in The Tank (tanksounds.org), specifically for several individual people that use her music to heal.
