Stingl, Kiev
Hart Wie Mozart
The German underground poet KIEV STINGL with his second album from 1979 on CD for the very first time. 1976, the underground poetry from the USA, represented by Douglas Blazek, Tom Clark or Charles Bukowski, had created its place in the German subculture and met there the concentrated alternative writing culture of their German colleagues like Wolf Wondratschek, Jorg Fauser and even Kiev Stingl, probably the most radical representative of this New German underground poetry. This is hard stuff, brutal, sexist but also graceful and affectionate. Love it or leave it!
