Before finding a wee bit of fame in the '00s with Lovejoy and the Snowdrops (both on Matinee Recordings), Dick Preece led the Spinning Wheels, who put out a 7" on Teatime Records back in 1990/91. Released two decades later, this disc collects all three tracks from that single and adds 8 previously-unreleased demos of pure and simple indiepop in the style of Another Sunny Day or St. Christopher.
