Sadistik
Altars
An alternative rap artist based in Seattle, WA, SADISTIK (born Cody Foster in Yakima, WA) takes pride in his deep, cerebral, and complicated rhyming style. A graduate of Central Washington University, he released his first album The Balancing Act in 2008, with guest appearances from VAST AIRE and MAC LETHAL. Ceschi and David Ramos signed the rapper to their Fake Four labelwhere a follow-up Flowers for My Father was released in 2013. SADISTIK quickly returned with another Fake Four album Ultraviolet the next year. Boosted by appearances from STICKY FINGAZ and TECH N9NE, as well as a posthumous verse from EYEDEA on the track "Chemical Burns," the album reached Billboards "Heatseekers" chart shortly after its street date. After issuing a pair of EPs, 2015s Phantom Limbs (a collaboration with Kno of CUNNINLYNGUISTS) and 2016s Salo Sessions, SADISTIK released his fourth full-length Altars in April 2017.
