Something To Say
The album was recorded in January 2017 in the city of Amsterdam. A year ago we played together for the first time, we felt a connection in our music and that we had to register something, so it starts to be born "Something to Say" Something to Say is the picture we would like to build on some melodies. The repertoire was chosen from some songs that we had already played and others that we had never played. In Something to Say you can hear compositions from Tom Jobim to Johann Sebastian Bach passing by Charlie Parker. We had a special concern so that in spite of different styles the album would be homogeneous. The Duo develops a repertoire focused on Jazz and Brazilian music with an unconventional formation. Harmonica and Guitar, we adapt and create new ideas to well know songs adjusting to the instruments to new ideas. On the repertoire music from the new album that include compositions from Tom Jobim,Miles Davis, John Sebastian Bach and others. We mix it in Neshville USA, mix is doing by Russ Ragsdale that use to work with Michael Jackson and other great names
