The artwork was especially created and originally hand painted on canvas by, Coby van der Burgt, and is presented in an environmentally friendly, 4-panel digi-pack. When asked about Fairly Carefree, Brian de Graeve replied: "This album will showcase new melodic and progressive rock anthems with Pink Floyd-worthy guitar solos, dreamy keyboard textures, and dark(er) song-based writing.
