Rasta Knast were the first (and probably only) german group who played sort of a "tribute-to-sweden-punk" music, sound and style heavily influenced by scandinavian 80ties-Punk and -HC. Their album "Die Katze..." is being considered as one of the best 10 punk albums from germany during the 90ties. ...and the following record "Bandera Pirata" from 2001 is even better! Truly essential for everybody dedicated to german and european Punk & Hardcore Music.
