Naming the fourth studio record after the band's name sounds like a new beginning. In this difficult 13th year they managed to capture their incredible live energy more than ever on this recording but they stayed true to themselves. . PANTEN ROCOC has a message. The band lives by the high ideals of the guerrillas in their daily life. Self-administration rules - Autonoma! The 9 steady members go their undeterred way without management and agree on their decisions democratically. But Autonoma has it's price. The band had to pay for it directly after the radio boycott of the single La Ciudad De La Esperanza and resulting decrease in record sales. A sarcastic statement on the campaign slogan of the major, who praised the capital to be the "city of hope", doesnt stay unpunished.
