This album presents the work of one of the most important projects of Harmonia Ensemble, the 'new classics' group produced by Giampiero Bigazzi and composed of Orio Odori (clarinet), Damiano Puliti (cello), Alessandra Garosi (piano) and, later, Paolo Corsi (percussion). "I sogni di Federico" brings together five compositions by Orio Odori and opens with the piece of the same name, already published as the original intro to Nino Rota's "Prova d'orchestra" in Harmonia's "Fellini" album.
