Mizik Bo Kail is a venture that owes its existence to the meeting between musician-producer Alain Marlin and the late singer and percussionist Georges Fordant. The result of their encounter is this collective, which continues to enrich the prodigious musical heritage of Martinique in all its colour. The band's material (bElE dance numbers, beguines and waltzes) continues to focus on social issues, and the lyrics are contemporary. The result is worthy of the group's mentors, namely Malavoi, EugEne Mona or DEdE Saint Prix. Poker Production, together with Couleurs Music Publishing and FrEmeaux & AssociEs, have associated to bring you this fine retrospective of mizik that contains 2 previously unreleased titles as a bonus.
