Misery
Out Of My Hands
At the time MISERY played shows with major acts such as Lillian Axe, Dirty Blonde, Kix, etc, while the bands management made numerous contacts within the industry and was offered a deal with Texas label Flashpoint Records. Ultimately, they turned it down, but label owner and A&R man James Lopez did encourage the band to head in a harder & heavier direction. As a result, their third recording by the name of "Out Of My Hands," has a much more edgy sound in the vein of Dokken, Lynch Mob, Lillian Axe. As a proof of their heavier delivering in this album, they included a cover of Black Sabbaths first album song Fairies Wear Boots.
