Sassuma Arnaa
2013s A Sign of Time marked a break away from their post metal past. With the new album Sassuma Arnaa, they have completed that shift, in favour of a more progressive rock/metal sound that still checks the pulse of the doom/sludge side of the spectrum. These Belgians have taken their time to compose their follow-up album, and it really shows. The album is meticulously crafted and their quest for dynamics has really paid off. This is a very mature sounding album of a band that has confidently found their voice. Highly recommended if adventurous rock/metal is up your alley! For fans of: Steven Wilson, Porcupine Tree, Trans Am, Pink Floyd.
