Its been more than 40 years since this legendary album originally got released. Back then it was among the very first German Punk Rock album releases. Founded in Duesseldorf, members of MALE included Juergen Engler and Bernward Malaka (both later with Die Krupps) and Stefan Schwab (Freunde der Nacht). Apart from the original "Zensur & Zensur" album, this re-release on Tapete includes live recordings from their 1979 gig in Hamburg, Markthalle. Both the CD and the 2LP version of this release are limited to 500 copies.
