The compositions offer us a look into a human's vulnerability masked by rage. Lips, a thundering song of remorse offers a fresh approach to indie rock, while the bonus track, Amazing Grace is a unique interpretation of the emotional standard; incorporating the classic hook centered around Bradley's original verses and bridge. Cool Dark Slip pays homage to the late iconic author, Kate Chopin and her short story, The Awakening. The stadium sized swagger of Bleed, Wicked, and This Flame scream of the desire to harm battling the necessity to heal.
