"De Horla" is a concept album about Lust, Hate & Vengeance, where Kludde explores their musical boundaries, and where the creation and summoning of a certain dark atmosphere is the central idea. The fictional story is about a disfigured creature that is abandoned at birth, and is picked up by a traveling circus. "This is the kind of black metal that could have been recorded at any point since the mid-90s - its not so much influenced by the second wave , so much as it sounds like a lost record from that time unearthed and given a modern production." - The Sound Not the Word
