The three members of Berlin-based Kala Brisella, Anja Mueller, Dennis Deter and Jochen Haker, have created a surprisingly poppy Post Punk album that manages to combine the groups influences from genres as far apart as Krautrock, Indie and Punk. Recorded in an abandoned Eastern German school building near the Polish border with the help of producers and recording engineers Tadklimp and Olaf O.P.A.L. (known for their works with The Notwist and others).
