In Silentio Noctis
Disenchant The Hypocrites
In Silentio Noctis is a finnish symphonic/melodic black metal band that was founded in 2006. A year of member hunting and songwriting was concluded in December 2007, when the band recorded their first-and-only demo CD, 'Symphonies of Death', at Klaukkala's D-Studio. At that point, hopes of releasing a full-length album were already alive, and after some serious budget planning those hopes were brought to life in May. 'Through Fragments of Christianity' was recorded at D-Studio, mixed at Sonic Pump Studios by Nino Laurenne and mastered by Minerva Pappi at Finnvox Studios. The debut album "Through Fragments of Christianity", whose production was completed in 2009, led to a recording contract with italian label My Kingdom Music and released on April 9th, 2010. It was for many the most spectacular symphonic black metal release of the year. Now after 3 years and a completely new line-up (Tuomas Leskinen and Samuli Reinikainen on guitars, Aleksi Ahokas on bass and Veikko Ringvall on drums) the leader and operatic vocalist Armi Pivinen gives new voice and light to a wonderful gem with these 3 new chapters composing the EP "Disenchant The Hypocrites".
