This release is from 1989 Bad Brains related / reggae-esque band, THE IMMIGRANTS. THE IMMIGRANTS feat. HR Band alumni Kenny Dread. These 15 songs, recorded post Kenny's time spent in HR BAND (SST Records), exhibits some likeness to not only HR Band but also The Police. Based out of France, it was the interest from a fan that lead to this album ending up on CD decades after the band's initial run.
