Solidifying their place in the modern metal scene, Finland's I Am Your God reveal their third longplayer, ominously titled " Trinity". The idea behind the title: "We thought we'd let the fans decide what to call it at the end. We wanted an album name that confuses people a bit, because most of the album names are so boring nowadays. If somebody hates us for that, they will tell someone about 'the triangle album'". With their stormy and passionate attitude of youth, I Am Your God combine catchy melodies and heavy riffs in the typical Scandinavian way and transfer 2000's Melodic Death Metal into present times. "" is yet another demonstration of how versatile this band's musical range is and how far they can go. "Our third album is the heaviest, the fastest and also the most melodic and beautiful so far. Lyrically it is a concept album, painting a story from an era that dragged the teller deep into the black.
