Founded in 1989, the octet from Los Angeles has an absolutely exceptional status in the contemporary ska, rocksteady and reggae scene. With style-conscious influences from soul, jazz and Latin, always focusing on wonderful harmony vocals and brilliant horn sections, they combine the best of numerous cool music styles of the 60s and 70s, were an important flagship of the Hellcat label in the 90s and stood with the Who -is-who of the international reggae and punk scene on worldwide stages.
