Two years after their debut mini cd and one year after the digital single, both released on Area Pirata, the Ghiblis are back in action. They come from the city of Piacenza, in the north of Italy, and what they play is a mixture of surf and exotica. "Domino" is the title of their new album with 11 tracks that fully represent the band's many faces. You will find pure classic surf, desperate rock' n 'roll, soundtracks of imaginery 60's thriller movies and even a deep trip in ethno ethiopian jazz, always with a "straight in the face" strong reverberation sound.
