FALISTRA is the Ethereal Dark/Ambient musical project established in 2021 by Ada and Onanet and it's based on eerie and emotional soundscapes, delicate flute melodies and melancholic female voices. FALISTRA's music is intimate and heartfelt, and its conceived as an artistic path through suffering and melancholy towards light and healing. With points of references such as Sopor Aeternus, Ataraxia, Monteverdi, Mortiis, Loreena McKennitt, FALISTRA represents the spark that springs from the flames of the fireplace on a winter evening, a very bright little star of life and warmth, which lit up cold rooms full of mirrors that returned only our pain distorted faces. The album value is enriched by the great work on mastering by Mauro Berchi (CANAAN, Eibon Records) and the evocative cover artwork realized by Fabrice Billard
