Born in England, the Parisian by choice presents twelve new deep soul groovers under a clearly programmatic title, which fans of releases on labels such as Daptone, Timmion, Record Kicks or Penniman should be enthusiastic about. In addition to the successful "Tainted Love" interpretation, the songs and arrangements come from keyboardist Ludovic Bors, many of the lyrics were written by his Q-Sounds colleague Christelle Amoussou.
