Dorelli, Demian
My Window
Demian Dorelli, born and raised in London, is a pianist and composer who was always surrounded by music. His classical formation didnt stop him from approaching jazz music and electronic music, but, on the contrary, it has enriched his production. He collaborated with artists like Pacifico (for the song "Canzone Fragile" taken from his 2019 album Bastasse il Cielo), Alan Clark (Dire Straits), and Simone Pace (Blonde Redhead). And now he releases a new album "My Window", a collection of nine original compositions for solo piano, scenes painted using black and white as a palette. In some tracks Demian Dorelli took works of art from great artists like David Hockney and Jan Vermeer as the seeds of inspiration, while others captured a scene from his childhood.
