Crucial Dudes
61 Penn
With a name as tongue and cheek as the Crucial Dudes, youd almost think that this New Jersey five-piece doesnt actually exist, but trust us, they do. Taking a cue from bands like Latterman and Saves the Day, the Crudes play a style of pop-punk that is infectiously catchy and true to heart. Songs like "Doubt", "61 Penn", and "Give Em the Howard" are undeniable bangers, and will have you singing along in no time. 61 Penn might be this bands first release put to wax and CD, but the entire release screams with a sincerity and age well beyond their years. Mastered by Alan Douches (Kid Dynamite, Lifetime, Converge, Jets To Brazil)
