Corde's music is narrative and is based on a story that Maxime imagines, a state of mind, a glimmer of film he has seen, an expression. If Maxime creates the character and his action, Nîm is the creator of the set, its space and its time. One inevitably thinks of the compositions of the late Final Fantasy (Owen Pallett) when he was a man with his rc-300 boss.
