The Beat that Cant Be Beat is the 3rd album from Mike bell & The Belltones. The recordings were done in two different locations: Ecco-Fonic studio in Los Angeles and Lightning Recorders studio in Berlin. All the sessions were recorded live using vintage analogue equipment. The bare bone of Mike Bell & The Belltones music is in the early rocknroll, rockabilly, pop and country music. It reminds of the sounds from Buddy Holly, Carl Perkins, Johnny Burnette and Ricky Nelson. The original and catchy tunes are written by the singer Mike Bell. If you listen to the record you will notice that the songs are filled with raw energy, great melodies, swinging rhythm and that hard driving BEAT, BEAT, BEAT!
