BASSAJAM RECORDS. A project that combines old and new generation of the reggae scene to mix experience and new talents. 14 pieces with varied sounds performed by 17 artists internationals, La Dame Blanche, Marcus Gad, Lidiop, Vanzo, Skarra Mucci and many others. From Jamaica to Cuba, via New Caledonia, Senegal and the Bermuda . this melting pot resonates like an invitation to travel (or cultural escape) Rocked by the Reggae influence since his childhood, Santo has made music a passion. In 2004, Bassajam was born, a group that Santo creates with friends. Concerts will follow, first scenes, then several hundred, throughout the France and Europe, to share, meet and deliver the music as he hears it. Big names in Reggae, like Raggasonic, Blacko, Nuttea, Tonton David, will write a common page on stage with him. In 2021, Santo decides to take a big step forward by creating his own musical label Bassajam records. The adventure can begin, he surrounds himself with two great musicians, Edwin Cardot and Fayce, follow round trips to the capital, hours of compositions in the studios Parisians. 7 instrumentals later, the dream takes shape. Santo then contacts the singers who gravitate around the label for years to present his project to them. For the delight of the young producer, most respond present.
