Wick Bambix is best known as the singer and guitarist of the punk band Bambix. Her distinctive vocal style and authenticity, which suits every genre she performs in - folk, punk, country - has become as much her trademark as the frankness of her lyrics. "When Things Grow Teeth", Wick's first full length solo album, deals with politically tinged social issues, delivered in an always melodic melodramatic manner, but with a raised fist. Wick Bambix' music could best be described as punk-acoustic.
