Johann Sebastian Bach: Toccatas For Harpsichord

Johann Sebastian Bach did not always specify the exact instrumental destination of his works. In particular, several of his keyboard works are precisely this: "keyboard" works, playable on a variety of instruments - from the clavichord to the harpsichord, to the organ manualiter (i.e. without pedals), and even to the piano. Whilst his youthful Toccatas are normally played on the harpsichord, their compositional style nears them to works Bach composed specifically for the organ; thus, it is possible to imagine them with organ sound and style.
