Abraham, Clelya
La Source
For this first album under her name, Clelya Abraham invites us to drink at La Source. Where emotions are born, where love is shared, where his music springs from. This album affirms the prodigious ease of an inspired pianist and composer. To the rigorous writing of the classical world, to the virtuosity of jazz improvisation and to the sincerity of Creole traditions, she adds a natural and unprecedented inventiveness. We dive into it as in a bath of youth. She brings together a team of virtuoso friends: the double bassist Samuel Fhima, the guitarist Antonin Fresson and the drummer Tilo Bertholo.
