Strike Hard
A 1974 Time magazine article, entitled "Return of a Supergroup," quipped that the supergroup was a "potent but short-lived rock phenomenon" which was an "amalgam formed by the talented malcontents of other bands." These talented malcontents come with a punk rock pedigree (the band features alumni from the likes of Electric Frankenstein, Shirk Circus and Puggle), but are also accustomed to playing unplugged in coffee shops. The result is a blend of gritty punk-tinged rock with sophisticated, literate pop - and a brand-new band with one of the more exciting debuts to come out of the area in recent memory.]
