NIGHTSHADE is set to release its most adventurous album to date on April 30, 2013. The groups third offering, An Endless Vision, is set to continue the outfits signature one part death core and one part Euro metal sound. Recorded at Nalcon Studios and mixed by Jason Suecof (TRIVIUM, DEVILDRIVER, WHITECHAPEL),An Endless Vision boasts a huge groovy sound but ventures into djentier territories without straying from the bands roots. riginally formed by Bastien Deluele, NIGHTSHADE picked up a deal with Bullet Tooth for the release of the groups second album Lost In Motion, recorded, mixed, and mastered by the world-renowned Fredrik Nordstrom (BRING ME THE HORIZON, AT THE GATES, DARK TRANQUILLITY). Upon the release of Lost In Motion, NIGHTSHADE completed two US tours, a European tour, and two appearances at the prestigious Euroblast Festival in Cologne Germany in 2010 and 2012. The song "The Depths Of Memory" is available on the RockBand Network for download now. With the mastering being handled by Alan Douches (LACUNA COIL, THE GHOST INSIDE), An Endless Vision will seek to deliver crushing grooves, epic breakdowns, lush melodies, and infectious electronic soundscapes in a way that sets NIGHTSHADE apart from the rest.

Switzerland, Halloween 1998 - Nightshade was founded by multi-instrumentalist Thomas, vocalist David and bass player Al. The band created a distinctive adventurous metal style mixing orchestral arrangements, cosmic synths, taking listeners to the edge of the metal genre. In 2004, the band changed shape and continued as XICON to pursue a more industrial route.Halloween 2019, on its 21st anniversary, Nightshade was resurrected under the sign of the stars with a newfound energy. A renewed musical style - shaped by 20 years of experiments and discoveries where the spectre of its humble origins lurks beyond its new musical frontiers. The result of this resurrection is a new album titled "Sounds Of Dark Matter" anticipated by the single "Pulsars" in 2020
