Gay Ghost are an American Rock/Alternative/Pop trio based in Portland, Oregon. They were formed in 2010 by front man Joe Mormann (guitar/vocals) from the ashes of his previous group, The Glib. With writing, arrangement, recording, and production help from the bands drummer/vocalist Geoff Schlemm, the band recently finished recording their self-titled debu. Since bassist/vocalist Kristen McKenzie joined the band late into the recording process, only one track on the record features her bass and backup vocals. The album has a raw, but tight power trio sound with poppy, reverberated vocals
