DPERD explore their souls in a mix of Dark Wave with a filmic fusion of decadent and melancholic Dark Rock and Pop music. DPERD come back with "Choices", their 8th album, a release that was conceived as a long journey, without pauses, into their vision of human existence and its most intimate feelings. Continuing what were the main innovations of the previous "Monsters", they contaminate once again their music with different styles and new instruments like mellotron and trumpet, giving to their music new vibrations. The magic of The Cure, Cocteau Twins, the grandeur of Dead Can Dance, Lycia, Cranes, are influenced by the sublime atmospheres of Anekdoten and this superb sense of beauty is emphasized in a magnificent way by Valeria's voice and Carlo's arrangements.
