1 - GLEASON'S, DAVE -WASTED DAYS- - DAVE GLEASON'S WASTED DAYS - (CD)
WELL WORN

On this first release by Dave Gleasons Wasted Days, Dave Gleason and group create an honest and raw mix of classic outlaw and So. Cal. country-rock music, with hints of bluegrass for good measure. A bit of Waylon, a dash of Byrds and a goodly amount of The Flying Burrito Brothers and there you have it. There are moments where Gleason lets loose with some edgy and wild guitar work here and there, but for sure this is"pedal-steel-powered, soul-sprinkled, country-fried rock-and-roll" (Chris Baty - East Bay Express)through and through.

2 - GLEASON'S, DAVE -WASTED DAYS- - JUST FALL TO PIECES - (CD)
WELL WORN

There's a jukebox in heaven where the honky tonk heroes gather each afternoon to drink a little poison and swap stories of Bakersfield and Nashville. Charlie Rich laughs it up with Gene Clark while Buck Owens shows off his latest Nudie suit. In the background, Dave Gleason's Wasted Days sings about soul and suds, a jubilant celebration of California country rock that makes the bygone ramblers smile. A blessed mix of loose and snap tight, Gleason's Wasted Days compare nicely with The Paladins, The Jayhawks and Marty Stuart's Fabulous Superlatives. Their unabashed love of deeprooted country, shines through every track on Just Fall To Pieces, which features guest appearances from guitarists Albert Lee & Jim Campilongo, Red Meat's Michael Montalto, pedal steel whiz Joe Goldmark, keyboardist Dan Eisenberg (Tift Merritt), and Thom Moore of The Moore Brothers.

3 - GLEASON'S, DAVE -WASTED DAYS- - MIDNIGHT, CALIFORNIA - (CD)
WELL WORN

At long last, the anticipated follow up album from Dave Gleason's Wasted Days, "Midnight California". The band's sophomore release offers up more of the extraordiary guitar picking, silver-toned harmonies and the paramount songwriting that's put the band in the fore front of the California Country Genre. Wasted Years were once again fortunate enough to draft a few of their friends to come down and play on the album: David Immergluck (Counting Crows, John Hiatt), Michael Montalto (Red Meat), Joe Goldmark (Hightone Recording Artist), Greg Loiacano (Mother Hips, Ball-Point Birds), Thom Moore (The Moore Brothers), Dan Eisenburg (Ryan Adams) & Bart Davenport.
