2 - LOOSEGOATS - IDEAS FOR TO TRAVEL DOWN DEATH'S MERRY ROAD - (CD)
STARTRACKS

If you think that Christian Kjellvander came out of nowhere back in 2002 when he released the album "Songs From A Two-Room Chapel"...then you don't know about Loosegoats. If you've listened to "Introducing the Past" wondering where amazing songs like "Juan De Fuca", "Traveller" and "Form and the Feeling" came from...well then you know more about Loosegoats than you think. Loosegoats is the band that initially brought Christian Kjellvander's songwriting to life. The band he formed after returning from his 10-year-stay in Seattle, heavily in love with bands like Son Volt and The Lemonheads. Between 1995 - 2001 Loosegoats released a handful of amazing EPs and a handful of amazing albums...and then they took a break...'cause that's what you sometimes have to do. When playing some low key shows in 2010 it reminded them of all the fun and greatness within the band. Christian as a songwriter felt that he had the songs for a new Loosegoats album. "Ideas for to Travel Down Death's Merry Road" is Loosegoats in 2012. We're not saying that this should be the soundtrack of your summer...but it can be.
